Good baklava is hard to find. Making baklava is a painstaking process. There are so many steps to making baklava. There is an art to working with the phyllo. It keeps well for up to 6 months frozen. You do not have to refrigerate and will last up to 2 months sitting out. I really enjoy making baklava. Baklava can be too sweet, soggy. My baklava is moist, crunchy, not too sweet! It is fun to see people's faces light up when they taste my baklava. People will bite into my baklava and their eyes get big as they say yuuummmm! If you are looking for a delectable way to please your sweet tooth, this is it! It is so delicious, truly divine and addicting!!!
We carry baklava in different flavors--plain, chocolate, cherry chocolate and coconut chocolate.
Chocolate, Cherry Chocolate and Coconut Chocolate are by demand only. We bake these flavors when we have multiple orders or if you wish to buy a pan which has a minimum of about 24 pieces.
